ENERGY PAYMENT DUE

Automatic meters have been installed at all Douglas Electric's services. The meters will be read by Douglas Electric on the 1st of each month and a Statement of Electric Bill will be mailed for each service. Payment will be due in the Douglas Electric office on the 18th day of the month. On the 19th day of the month, a penalty of $5.00 or 1% of the bill whichever is larger will be added to the bill.

IN CASE OF AN OUTAGE

FIRST:

Look at your meter.

If the display is NOT lit up, you do not have power and should call

Douglas Electric.

SECOND:

If your main meter display is lit up, you should have power.

THIRD:

If the display is lit up, you can check your breakers below the meter or the breakers in your house.

FOURTH:

When reporting outages, please give name of member and location number to assist with prompt response.

FIFTH:
