Automatic meters have been installed at all Douglas Electric's services. The meters will be read by Douglas Electric on the 1st of each month and a Statement of Electric Bill will be mailed for each service. Payment will be due in the Douglas Electric office on the 18th day of the month. On the 19th day of the month, a penalty of $5.00 or 1% of the bill whichever is larger will be added to the bill.

The Board of Directors usually meet on the Third Tuesday of each month at 8:00 am at the Douglas Electric office.
